Concern, The mobile battery (GIONEE GPad 3) was booked by this online website on dated 20/05/2015 through express courier but 5th days has been passed & till not received for which your website assure to provide facility in minimum time limit. Where is your service level to your costumer??? The amount 419/- has already been deducted from my a/c. Several times tried to call on your C.C number & always it's comes busy or in case picked up no one is ready to assist. This is very bad experience & observed very bad service level of PORTAMART. Need immediate closure on this grievance. This should be delivered on my registered address by tomorrow positively.
