Portamart. In — Wrong Item Received

Dear Sir/Madam I have ordered for 2 Universal Flip cover of Lava IRIS X8 online through your website. I have selected Express Delivery also. My order number was 53752. Unfortunately I have received another Flip Cover which is not matched or fitted for Lava Iris X8. This is my first order on Portamart. When I dialed customer care at [protected]. The person informed me that he could not do anything, I have to write a mail only. This is not the way when we are order correct item through website and got delivery of wrong item.
