I have purchased the item " Flip Cover for XOLO One HD - Universal" on 23rd Jan 2016 & paid full amount. They are shared the track no on on dot courier on 05th feb 2016 & expect date on 16th Feb 2016. We are tracked the no shocked, bcoz it's not valid. we are enquired to on dot courier team & they confirmed that track id is invalid. We are mailed & called to portamart no response.

Request to guide me what can i do next.
