I Have ordered a mobile flip cover on 26/07/2014 order Id: 20131 on ur website it is been shipment made thro On-Dot Courier on 29/7/2014 message is displaying. but when I track the shipment status said that it is delivered but not i didn't recevie anything i m tracking the Shipment Tracking ID:[protected] on net and also the on-dot courier's tuticorin branch no response they said it is been there in chennai i have contact them they r saying they lost the Package I have asked them about the payment they said pls contact ur office and ask a letter from portamart I have send the complain mail to them on 18/08/2014 still now no reply I need my Product are repay the amount. They r the worst online website to sell in their website itself in india delivary time is 20 days thats a tooo much of time worst worst company.

This is one of worst online shopping website that i ever experienced. My shipment is not traceable for the last 20 days and neither Portamart nor On-dot courier takes the ownership for tracing my shipment. I have sent more that 15 emails and called up numerous times, but all in vain.
