I had taken auto CPAP machine on rental for 3 months from Portea for my mother Mrs. Sukla Kar. The machine was returned to Portea on 24th Sep'21. However, till date I have not received the refund amount from Portea after waiting more than a month now. I have been following up with the customer care regularly and they just give me a date everytime I call them, but the amount never gets credited to my bank account. Please help!!...
