I availed services for home nursing in March 2020. The bill/receipt has not been provided to date.
Services were hired from your outlet at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
First, the coordinator quit. I have been repeatedly requesting the new cood Ms Ruksana, with no success. She told me that due to Covid, she was not able to get response from the back office.Now after 6 months she has promised to get me the same as the load has reduced. but no such luck.
