This is kindly to inform you that I am Hemant Arya R/o c-135 2nd floor sainik nagar nawada, Uttam nagar new delhi -110059.I would like to say that I did't recieve my speed post ignou second sem books .My current Speed Post no is CY[protected]IN . Its been 3 months they received books from ignou on 27/07/2019 but they didnt delivered yet my exams are coming in december please kindly request to you short out my problem as soon as possible out as soon as possible sir this is my biggest problem.I want you to take some necessary step against these kind of delay.
