Postal Life Insurance — Non payment on PLI policy maturity

Dear Sir, My PLI policy no. DL-71830-CS has been Matured on 18/05/2015.I submitted policy documents at Maghdoot Bhawan Jhandewsalan Delhi on 11/05/2015, where they provided me many phone no. of Ashok Vihar Zonal head office regarding sanding payment invoice to me as [protected], 6931, 27127600, 27426707, 27458177etc.But also many-many times trying i couldn't get satisfetory answer from there, at last i went Ashok vihar post office PLI branch on 20/05/2015, there Mr. Vishnu gave me his mobile no. [protected] & assured me to sand me Payment invoice within 3 to 4 days.But I couldn't get it till yet. So i am feeling much restless while i have to Pay my others liabilities loan etc early.
