Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Extra amount deducted from salary

My Policy No. APS-711399-L sum Assured Amount is 4 Lakh in R/o no[protected] Asi / Tele Rakesh Kumar ITBP has been Deducted my Salary but not created in my PLI Account till date. Details documents are attached herewith for your reference.
Hence it is requested that Refund the extra deducted amount Rs. 28220 in my Saving Account and another Option is that credited in my PLI Account.
