Hi Sir/Madam,
I am trying to make online payment for my PLI policy, however when I opened my online account it shows "no policy found" under "My Policies" tab.
I am extremely shocked to see this, it will cause delay in premium payment of the policy.
Request you to please take immediate action on this to fix the issue.
Please reach out to me to get details on policy.
I also see that many other customers have complained about the same, so please take extra care of these kind of issues, it will cause reputation damage to PLI Policy and the related organization in public's eyes.
