Postal Life Insurance [Pli] — Pending status at online payment dated 10.06.2021 for the premium period of 01.05.2021 to 31.10.2021

Sir,
I had made Postal Life Insurance premium payment for policy no.[protected] on 10.06.2021(10th of June, 2021) for the premium period of 01.05.2021 to 31.10.2021. The payment was made through SBI net banking and the amount has been debited from my account and the payment was successful. But as of now the payment is still shown as pending in the payment history section of the PLI portal as such I am at a loss as to whether my premium payment has been accepted or not. If the payment has not been accepted then when can I get back my refund. My customer id is 70298466. I have attached the screenshot of the payment history window of PLI portal as well as my bank statement for your reference.
This is second time this has happened. Please solve the matter as soon as possible. Thank you.
