Dear Sir,
The above mentioned policy has got matured and was submitted to the concerned Post office for claim, but till to date the concerned post office has failed to credit the payment to my account which has been recently opened for the said purpose.
The said office is lingering on with the issue as the PAN CARD and AADHAR card bears name instead of ANITA DHAR as ANITA DHAR KAR. THE POLICY IS IN THE NAME OF ANITA DHAR WHILE AS AADHAR CARD AND PAN CARD BEAR THE NAME ANITA DHAR KAR. The present position pertaining to Covid pandemic distracts me to move again to Jammu from Jaipur in order to pursue my case which has been kept pending with the remarks that the policy holders name does not match with the the PAN card / AADHAR card.
Sir, I hope your goodDojammu.[protected]@indiapost.gov.inself will look into the mater and direct the concerned post office to credit the maturity amount along-with interest to my recent post office saving account without any further delay. Sir I hope that I may not be compelled to move to consumer court for justice.
