Dear Sir,
1. Ref my PLI Policy No APS 1185624L.
2. It is brought to your kind notice that I enquired/ complained more than ten times regarding subjected matter after surrendered my PLI at nearby post office, Haripad, in my home town since 04 March 2014. Last one year I have not received any credit note from the post office as well as APS, I believe this is being taken care of by APS.
3. I enquired via e-mail, letter and also try to contact on telephone, but they are didn't responding.
4. Ignoring or didn’t answering is not a professional way to solve like such complaints, further to inform that I have no any other sources to recover my money except knock the door of Honorable Court.
5. In this connection please ref my letter No 376226/Personal/ 23 dated 21 Nov 2014 addressed to JDPLI.
6. Therefore you are requested to provide feedback on above stated subject for the ground of customer satisfaction.
