Postpe — Payment not credited to credit card accounts

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that I, Tarun Jain made two payment to my HDFC Credit card amounting to Rs. 10, 571.30 on 8th July, 2022 2:00 PM, from my Bandhan Bank Savings account using UPI (refer Screenshot Annexure A) & another to my IDFC Credit card amounting to Rs. 8485.78 on 8th July, 2022, 01:33 PM from my HDFC Savings account using my debit card (refer Screenshot Annexure B).
The said amounts got deducted from my respective accounts but have not been credited yet to my respective credit card accounts. The payment status of the above mentioned transactions is being shown as successful in my postpe app (refer Annexure C). THE DUE DATE FOR MY HDFC CREDIT CARD IS 10TH JUNE, 2022 & IDFC CREDIT CARD IS 11TH JUNE, 2022 . In case the said payments does not get credited within the stipulated time period heavy late charges and penalties will be imposed on my credit card.
Additionally, i have raised complaints to SBM Bank, Bandhan Bank & HDFC Bank the reference numbers of which are given below-

I hereby request you to look into the matter and provide with an update at the earliest.
