I have ordered Tashi pulse oximeter for covid through practo app and I was delivered Fingertip pulse oximeter. It was also defective. We thought we could atleast use the product if it works as it was urgent requirement but it is defective. Confirmed the reading with branded oximeter. Branded oximeter shows 97 reading whereas this fingertip defective oximeter shows 70.
I bought a different oximeter from shop as it was immediate requirement. So please take the oximeter back and provide refund. Even invoice does not show the oximeter name.
This is almost like cheating people during this challenging time.
Raised complaint in practo app but issue is not resolved after 48 hours. Sent video of work also to their support mail Id but no response.
