I was delivered wrong medicines, Invoice shows correct medicine but medicine in box is different. I raised the concern with customer care but no response even after 48 hrs and they don't have customer care number which is another pain point. My only request was to replace medicines with correct ones which is not done yet. Was this information helpful? | 
I have contacted Suman Drug House, Hyderabad over telephone No.+[protected] and requested them to exchange the product. But, they have not responded properly and asked me to contact Practo Pharmacy. I have contacted Practo Pharmacy and as per their online instructions uploaded the prescription, invoice and photo of the product but there is no action till now.
Being a Doctor, I am facing such annoying situation with the ARROGANT and NEGLIGENT Chemist Suman Drug House and the fate of common patients placing online orders with Practo Pharmacy can be imagined.
