I've placed order of 1 year monthly magazine subscription on 5th Feb 2024 and paid the full amount INR. 1350/- and today is 22nd feb 2024 and till now I'm not able to get any magazine nor they are providing me any kind of details. I've mailed them thousands of times but they don't reply. i am not able to contact the seller because the customer care number they provided in their website in wrong and not connecting.
There is absolutely no way of connect to seller and also seller not responding to any mail and not given any payment or subscription. just got one mail from payment gateway about amount deduction. Was this information helpful? |
