[Resolved]  Pratiyogita Darpan — Not received my order.

I have placed an order for 2 monthly magazines from Pratiyogita darpan and made the payment using UPI. After that I received a message from PayU that my payment was successful. But I didn't received any update or information related to my order from Pratiyogita darpan. It has been 11 days and I didn't receive my order yet. All of their numbers are invalid and they aren't responding to my emails. My order id is PD145479. I want them to send my order or just give my money back.
