Pink gym jayanagar 3rd block, bangalore karnataka, where i paid rs.8000/- through my credit card for six months on november 2016 but joined class from december 15th 2016 which i mentioned to them. I will start coming from that day. They agreed. Then i joined and hardly went to classes for only 15 days. Surprisingly i got conceived and came to know january 2017. Hence i went to gym and informed them that.. I cannot continue since i am pregnant. Such a valid reason which can consider my situation. So requested them to refund my money after deducting one or two month fee. But that incharge lady said that she speaks to her headoffice and let be know. But till now i didn't receive any responses from them. Once my husband went to enquire. They said they will try to hold for another six months. I delivered baby boy thru c section operation on sept 11th 2017. How it is possible for me to go back to gym after operation immediately? I am psu bank officer.. I am still in maternity leave of six months, meanwhile i was transferred to krishnagiri tamilnadu. Tell me how to utilize or get back my money from them??

On first week of January itself I told I no longer can carry on with the gym due to shift timing, but these ppl saying they have non refundable policy WTF it is... I have initially joined for 6 months plans since last week of November and I have enrolled until 8th May no weight loss observed instead weight gained and then when I told them they asked me to pay 3000 extra and join trim pack so as a whole I paid 11450 to this money hunters... Sad part is I couldn't make Up for many due to shift timing in ofc but I have followed diet which was informed, but I gained weight from 63 now in 67.6 kg ... When I asked they are asking me to get personal trainer for additional 6000rupees ... Neither they areCancelling nor they are refunding my money back... I[censored] check in ledge almost siNce my enrolment on last week of November till now I would have gone just less than 50 percent of days... Hate them to the core... Deduct whatever money for my usage and get my damn of my money back...
