To The Highest Official Premier - Non Stick Cookware Housewares Industries S R Kandigai road Gummidipoondi -601201 Tamil Nadu [protected]@vsnl.com www.sspremier.net Sir / Madam 1, I bought 19075 SS PREMIER NS ASTRAL KADAI 25C --- 2 nos from Ketana Home collections - Uma complex, 39, Medavakkamtank road, Kellys, Chennai - 600010 - Ph no[protected] 2, Invoice no 1668 dated 15.6.2015 & invoice no 3101 dated 24.8.15 - For both the purchases it states one year warranty and the warranty card is with me.The cost of each being 1475 / + taxes 3, When i approached the dealer that Teflon coated has faded away, he quoted that replacement cannot be done and it is not manufacturing defect, and kadai has been scratched. I fail to understand when there is 1 year warranty, why should i be denied a replacement. May i request all customers who read this to take note of this, that all teflon coated pertaining to Premier / Netraa brands may have the same problem. Now i have to look for an alternative brand. I look forward for the company to resolve the problem, since the dealer Ketana does not want to retain his customers.
