we had taken his service for 3 months for my baby . He asked us to pay one month advance and 3.5K as service charges . we paid him and he mentioned that he would give a replacement in one day if there is any issue . Forgot about replacement and service we didn't even have any one coming to my house for almost one month . Finally we decided to discontinue his service and asked my maid to collect the money from him .
Now this fraud Avilash (owner of mehar service) is not paying to the poor lady . Initially he said he would pay on 10th july later he gave her cheue on 11th and now he blocked the cheque saying that the lady is working with you and i would not pay her . This poor lady stays alone with her little kid . She doesn't have money to feed her kid . she keeps calling my wife and crying for her money when i called this guy he said he won't pay .
Now the maid is going to file a police complaint against this guy.
My suggestion to everyone is to avoid this fraud if you need peace of mind and don't want to waste your money & energy.

i prefer my baby care so i was choose prenu..it was give trained nannies because i like this very much..first we pay registration fees after they will give candidate if you do not like that candidate they will change the person..but they wont give money back.. they will give friendly nannies..
