prenu services is one of the good agencies..we are happy with this services because i got good replacements.. i was using this service..if we are not happy with this candidate they will give replacement but they wont give refund..

Prenu services is a fraud company, they just cheat you of your money. We had asked for a maid for baby bath and massage and they charged us the money upfront. The maids they send didnt even know what to do, also after few maids we decided on one. She came for days took the advance salary and never camebacck. The agency themselves dont know why she is not coming.
The agency is not ready to refund the money back. They are running 2 agencies prenu and mehar services for evasion of income tax.
They signed a contract in the name of mehar services but all the bills and bank account transfers were done for prenu services.
It is a cheat company, please be aware of this.

I wish i could have given negative star...they r the worst agency i hv ever come across ...playing with innocent parent is their hobby... they took rs 2000 as token amount by saying they ll proviDe trust worthy nanny...but that nanny left us in one day..these people had no answer for that as they dont do background verification neither any agreement..on top of that their boss was demanding to pay the whole amount before providing replacement.. they are the professional fraud..thay want to enjoy our hard earned money by giving poor & fraud service..these agencies should be banned.. they are not willing to return my money as they are doing fraud business

Abhilash the owner of this fraud company will convince you for deositing the money and when you ask for the refund he will stop answering the calls or give you false hopes of refunding in 48 hrs which will nevercome. So plz be aware and do not donate your hardearned money to these cheats. Abhilash have so much of guts to ask you back that what will you do with the refund money. Cheap ppl . I donot recommend this fraud company to anyone.

They take Rs. 2000 in name of registration before providing any service, promising that they will share the profiles of nurses or nannies. I had paid Rs. 2000 to them on 22nd August 2017 since I wanted a home nursing attendant for my Mother who is completely bedridden since past 3 months. Now the owner says he is admitted in hospital in Kerala and will refund the money when he comes back to Bangalore, only that day never comes. I keep following up with them by e-mail and they do not respond either.Their staff at office do not have the capacity to pay back Rs. 2000 in cash to the customer. I am not the first person who has been cheated in this manner. Numerous other people's hard earned money has been looted by this fraud agency. Request you to please take action this fraud company and safeguard common people's rights. The owner even has the audacity to call and threaten!!

The same thing is happening with us, Prenu has not retired out 2000 Rs back, which we gave to our maid in advance. The maid left, we mailed them the termination of their services. Now they are not answering our calls.

We started getting prenu's nanny service from August 1st 2017 and were happy that after few days my baby adjusted with the nanny. However few instances have actually made us to rethink on choosing the agency -
1- Nanny was not verified by the agency when she joined. She went to give her ID and address proof to Prenu office after joining by taking a day off. However, fortunately the lady was well behaved and trustworthy.
2- Things got ugly when we gave one months notice in December to the nanny. She got another opportunity and moved to another job without serving the full month. She was supposed to be with us for the entire month but she quit in 10 days.
3- Next, we called the lady and asked her to join back for the month but she declined. rudely. Then we called Prenu office and talked to their operations manager but he told us that nanny has complained that we treated her badly and he cannot do anything, which was surprising to us since we treated the nanny as our family member since the day she joined. We tried to reason with the manager but clearly he was afraid that the nanny might put a harassment complaint against Prenu if they force her to work for that month.
4- Prenu services have already taken from us her last month salary amount in advance . After her exit, getting refund from the agency is way too difficult. As on today I.e. March 15 we are still waiting for the 20 days amount refund in our account.
In summary, we learned that it would be better to go for a daycare since the nanny can quit anytime after putting any false reasons and Prenu services will not listen to you since they are scared of these ladies making any harassment complaints against them.

Worst services and the propertior Mr.Abilash totally dishonest... these maids will not turn up for work and will demand extra after they have signed the contract. The first maid had taken a few sarees from some other tenant in our appartment who used to sell sarees and then vanished from our house as well... after I terminated the services they refused to pay the advance amount and Mr.Abliash will always be in the hospital because he have accidents on a daily basis and his employees will disconnect your call. After cancelling their services in september they claimed to refund the advance in 3-4 working days and it took 6 months AND after threatening them with legal action I was ready to file a police complaint because I had and still have the proof by way of images, they refunded 6000 while we had paid 16k+ when we booked their services... Stay away from these fraudstrers.. Of late they have fake people posting fake reviews please dont believe all this...

They took token money and is not returning it and is not answering calls or reply to email. Worst service.
Worst agency. I am Member#8661. This agency did not provide me a nanny and did not refund my token money. They said they will send candidates for interview once i pay the token amount. After payment was done, They did not send any candidate for interview. Its been more than 4 months, . they do not pick up calls or reply to email and are not even returning my token money. They are a bunch of frauds running this agency.
These are dishonest crooks. The nany they will send will be untrained and from a nearby slum with no idea how to mamage an infant. Save your money and dont go to Prenu.
