I purchased a induction cook top (Prestige pic 6.0 v2 2000-watt) on 2nd december 2015 from amazon.com. But it was out of order on 11th march. At first i tried to lodge a complain through their website but it was worthless. Then i called their customer care ([protected])and lodge a complain. They gave me a complain number and told me that a technician will come to me within 4-5 days. But they didn't send technician. After some days i again called them. They again gave me a new complain number and told the same thing. But no technician has come. I again called them on 15.04.16.They again change the complain number i.E kolk1810500, but no technician has come. Lastly i called them on 24.04.16 and they told me that technician will come by 26.04.16, but as usual technician has not came.
