Prestige Smart Kitchen — Rice cooker service not being done properly | |||
I had purchased prestige 1..8 L cooker on 13/7/2013 with a one year warranty.Post completion of one year, just in a week it showed issues while cooking. I had gone to the nearest customer service center wherein I was told the thermostat needs to be changed at cost of Rs 350;receipt attached (including service charges).In three months I starting facing the same issue . So I again sent the cooker to service center on 17th Jan with complaint reference number PUNE833735R.Post this within days same problem occured and 3rd time I had to send to the same service center on Feb 5th. Since then the cooker is in service center only and after getting some assurances from their end I visited the service thrice to check if the same issue is there.But the problem has not been still resolved. Is this a kind of bogus service you are running by means of which you are trying to pull out of money. For two months I have been struggling to get my applaince repaired at your authorized service center. The amount I am spending is sufficient enough to purchase a new one.Even I have tried to raise a complaint since Friday;but I am not receiving any feedback.Also, I am being kept on permanent hold at your payable call center. Kindly help me in resolution of my issue at the earliest as I have already spent too much money and there has been a very careless attitude from your end. Was this information helpful? | |||
