Prestige Smart Kitchen — Very bad after sale services | |||||
I have purchased a two burner gas stove of prestige on 9th may.In the catalogue it's given that it's made a for lgp gas cylinders. I am having a gas pipeline in my house so i called their mumbai service center. They took my complaint and told me that they they would send the technician to change the nozzle of the stove within 48 hours. After 48 hours i wrote to their customer care and also to their office, they replied back saying that they are forwarding my complaint to mumbai branch service to take necessary action. I called again to the service center and their reply was we will send the technician very soon. It will be 72 hours since i have purchased my gas stove which is in the packed carton till now. Hope i will be able to use within the next 24 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||||

First five months it working of the grinder is okay, but now it is not at all getting started. Please resolve this as soon as possible since it has the warranty still.
