There were many calls from the above said company for opd medical services. I had done a credit card transfer to this company and i got the committed vouchers for consultation, lab tests, eye care etc. The payment made was rs.10, 000.
When i want to make my claim, i am not able to reach their customer care nos [protected], [protected]. I am getting a delivery failure from their email address [protected]@phci.org.in.
Is there anyway these people can be traced. Since it is a bank transaction, it should be possible to trace the root.
