I purchased a platinum plan of Rs. 10K from PHCI (Company) in October 2016 against which I received a complete docket of vouchers (different medical discounted vouchers). Since I was not convinced with the plan commitment given at the time of purchase. I cancelled it and it was committed by them later via email dated 21st November 2016 to reverse my payment within 7 working days which is not yet received. I had been following up with them since then over calls and emails but they are not reversing my payment. Infact, they have started disconnecting my calls. Please register this as a complaint against this company and help me with the reversal of my payment asap. I have purchased and cancelled this plan as per their terms and conditions only.
