I am ajay singh. I have buy a health plan from Preventive Health Care India (PHCI) on 22-Jun-2015. the payment was done my credit card. Some of the promises were not full filled after receiving the kit of my health plan. I was not satisfied with PHCI team. So I have canceled my plan & the full kit with all vouchers etc, . dispatched back to PHCI office as per their promises.
The complete Kit has been received in PHCI office before 11th-August-2015. But I have not get my refund amount yet. I have mailed to PHCI many times but there is no response from their side. I am sending some mail from them. PFA
I am very harassed by PHCI team.
So kindly look out this matter. An resolve ASAP.
