Prime track was chosen for its claim for early delivary.
Had a frustrating experience . Ref consignment id 16441523 the delivary was from lucknow(7 Dec 2021) to Ranchi.The consignment was sent on delivery by the Ranchi office on 9 Dec 2021 ie day before yesterday. The local delivary at Ranchi was done today ie 11 Dec 2021 after n number of complaints.
The delivary agent was rude and said if you want it early take it from my office.
Today morning when he came he had no remorse and continued to be arrogant.
