My brother had sent an item via courier from Panchkula through Prime Track courier company. While booking courier for Vadodara, it was confirmed that the item would be received at Vadodara within 2 days, however same did not happen. Issue in this entire episode is the way courier company had shared information to me. There were no updates after 29th Mar 08:45 AM till 30th Mar 11:00 AM. Reason for opting prime track was getting injustice there. Further on enquiry, team responded very offensively. They were at all not bothered about delay happened. Product was received at Ahmedabad on 30th Mar 01:00 PM, still it was shared that dispatch to Vadodara will be done only in night and further how much time it will take from Vadodara office to my home, it was unclear. I tried more than 10 times Vadodara Office, still no response, my call was continuously declined by Vadodara Team.
Whole issue is that being an urgent shipment, I had no visibility and no certainty about my important item. AWB number 16807651. And the response from customer team was too harassing rather than providing comfort / assurance. Was this information helpful? |
