I purchased an american tourister backpack on flipkart due to quality issue i retured the product through bluedart.The product reached the flipkart warehouse on14th august itself.But still i didn't got the refund.If i complained to flipkart they first said, the problem will resolved in 17th august after that exten the date to 19 th august and extened the date 22nd august and today said the problem will resoved on 24 august .how may i believe that .flipkart is cheating one
