I am Norbu Thinley Bhutia, Government Contractor of Ravangla in Sikkim, and an owner of Tata model no SE 1613, BS III type truck with chassis no MAT 3730 56 DIB 02052 and Engine no 697TC69BWY103536.The truck was purchased from your registered dealer : Nim Dao Motors Pvt Ltd, NH 31 A, Bagaykhola, Majhitar, East Sikkim on the 20/09/2013.After purchase of the vehicle and its use, just within a span of three months only the new engine of the Tata burnt out and after complaint it was replaced on the 13/06/2014 vide no[protected], 026069 which too is now broken down in a matter of only 9 months. Tata is a big brand and is also one of the key manufacturers of heavy and light motor vehicles.I am a regular customer of Tata as this is my 4th Tata truck and instead of the standard increasing unfortunately it has decreased. I am really disappointed and the vehicle was purchased to complete one of my ongoing water project in Sikkim but due to the vehicle having been broken down, it has delivered huge losses to my construction works.When I contacted the service centre they said that they cannot do anything about it and further said to contact Tata company itself.I have already got in touch to the customer service via phone but it has been a horrifying experience as the representative was very unfriendly and commanding. Hoping for an immediate response.
