Private Person — Unauthorised construction

Respected Sir, I have made the complaint in respect of going on the unauthorised constrruction in Flat No. 507 and 511 Pocket C-8, Sector 8 Rohini, Delhi which comes under the jurisdiction of PS North Rohini. I have filed the complaint about the same with the concerned authorities and also to the SHO concerned but no action has been taken to stop the unauthorised construction over the aforesaid properties and finally I personally visited at the police station and met with the SHO concerned and narrated him the facts of going on unauthorised construction over the aforesaid properties but instead of taking any legal action on my complaint, he started ignoring me and asked me to go to MCD office for the same and when I requested him to please stop the on going unauthoried construction at the site, he flately refused to do so and asked me that it is not his duty and the same is the duty of the corporation. the said conduct of the SHO concerned clearly proved that he was bribed by the person who is raising unauthorised construction. I am filing the present complaint with the hope that I will get the justice from your quarter. so I hereby request to please pass necessary directions to the SHO PS North Rohini, to immediate take necessary legal action in this regard failing which I will have no option but to approach to the High Court for the same and also with the request to the Hon'bleHigh Court to punish the erring official who failed to perform his official duties just only for bribe.
