Dell Vostro 4010 — BIOS ERROR | |||
I am writing to inform you that the Laptops we purchased from your company (DELL ) are not in working condition now. On 30 March 2011 we purchased three (3) laptops. Four days before my technical person traces a problem of BIOS in the dell laptops. We upgraded the BIOS as per the instructions from your technical team through toll free number, still problem is same .Error is ‘ POStT MESSAGE not responding ME’ I also want to know why dell is not providing CD/DVD for the drivers which are needed for fresh installations? This error put our organization in a difficult position, as we had to make some emergency purchases to fulfill our day-to-day computer tasks. This caused us considerable inconvenience.
