India Times — unsatisfactory products

india times offered a reader's offer of 5 kurtis, 5 leggings, 1 top, 2 track pants. when we ordered for it, it was delivered 4 days later but we received only 3 kurtis instead of 5. the kurtis were not at all of good quality and it did not appear like how it was printed in the paper. one of the kurti was torn. we made a complaint to them immediately the same day stating that we would like to cancel the order and asked for refund. we called them 4 times stating the same. after a week they delivered the remaining 2 kurtis. this was very well against the fact that we DID NOT WANT the remaining kurtis but only the refund of money. in the advertisement it was also mentioned that refund of money will be guarenteed if we cancel it within 7 days of delivery. we did the same. when we called them again requesting them to refund our money, their reply was unsatisfactory and the person said he cannot do anything about it.
we had nly asked for refund and not for the remaining products. some serious action should be taken.
