Prospexiv Technology — work from home part time

I was looking for a part time job to work from home last year 2nd Jan 2019. I posted the same on known certified job portals through which a representative from the above company contacted me. They were offering data entry job stating that 90% accuracy has to be achieved. Despite completing the work and cross checking it, they still claimed that the required quality was not achieved and stated that I have to pay Rs.4600 as per the agreement or they would file a court case. In order to avoid any further complication I have remitted Rs.4600 and got a NOC from the company 18th Jan.2019. Now a year later i.e.9th Jan.2020, they are coming back and asking me to pay Rs.18980 stating that they would go for Arbitration and they would send a legal notice for breach of contract. And NOC which the company gave is only for that assignment and not for the whole contract period. However, we had looked at the contract while entering into the contract itself and it didn't state that any payment over and above Rs.4600 is required. We have also cross checked this now .

We get calls from these numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] stating that they are the legal team. Also they are very rude and try to dominate us in order to make us pay.
