Just after use of 2.5 months, left ear stopped working and now when i claimed for warranty they told me to post the product to their location and it cost me additional 100 rs. after 2 weeks spent and now they do not respond at all. i have contacted the consumer support authority of my area and on next wednesday they will verify my invoice and india post details. i am not seeking for any compensation as such but as a law student i am obligated to safeguard the interest of the consumers. for reference i am giving my ptron customer complaint ticket no.: PR115041 I would really appreciate if ptron team contact me. I have been following up but no response.
Wasted money on product and Courier both
Even if we try to feedback on Amazon, they don't approve negetive feedback that caused me to get in trapped and buys such products.
