Public Distribution System — Refusing to provide service and negligence to respond

Public distribution Shop no.3, Thiruvalluvar Nagar, thiruvanmiyur, Chennai -41

Due to covid-19 government as offered to give us some free supply which we highly appreciate. Later when i went to the shop to collect the supply
Today around 3.15pm and found that shop shutter was closed halfly and all the shop workers are sleeping inside the shop. Then I asked them when will the shop open ?
The shop keeper has opened the full shutter and he said half a day only shop is functioning . Then i just why it's not mentioned in the token while you issuing then the shop keeper is replied rudely that we no need any necessary to mention on token we are giving free supplies so must to wait and you must to inquiry number of times if you want .

I hope there is no any rules has passed by government for reducing ration shops timings...

a government servant how can he degrade us like that does government provide free supplies just he avoiding to distributing. I hope my complaint reach the right official and proper action is taken on that person who disrespect the citizen of india just because he is an government employee.

I am looking forward a justice on above my complaint.
