Hello,

This is Saher Sayed I got HDFC Women's Credit card Dec 2015 I have did the usage properly and asked many times to customer care to keep whole amount get into and EMI but they always says that they don't have EMI option as your the New employee hence I have made the payment for 16, 000 which I have used and my credit limit was 35000. then after when I again did the transaction and called in HDFC for EMI they said upgrade the card to lifetime and then all amount will go into and EMI. They made me fool there is no such things happened instead of that every month they asked for 10 k. 9k, 14k to pay I have pay around till now 32, 000 still and I have stopped doing usage of credit card in the month of march 2016 and now the outstanding is showing 38, 0000 I have not pay amount for 2 months because of financial issue I got harassment calls person came at my place for payment I am so tired called HDCF for this I don't know what to do they are just making me fool charging hidden charges on my bill. I have called customer care wherein I asked for settlement because I cant pay 38, 0000 and I have already pay so much around 32, 000 I asked them the amount I have already pay please show that in statement and let me know the principal balance there are 3 people whom I have word with MR KAUSHAL, MR KARAN, MR FAIZAL they say there are Manager for HDFC branch but they speak so rudely with me I asked tell me what is the principle amount left give me an EMI I will pay or else I want to do settlement. but they are not at all listening no settlement, no emi, no extra charges removing.

Please I am ready to pay but only if any principle amount left from my end. and want to do settlement and can only able to pay 10-15 k not more then please do help me.
