This is Monika from Beas city. My college is in Jalandhar and the nearest bus stop is the Maqsooda bypass bus stop. As I up-down daily to my college, so I use Aadhaar Card, otherwise it costs me about Rs.110 per day. The problem here is that even though Maqsooda bypass Bus Stop is a registered bus stop, most of the PunBus/Roadways/PRTC buses don't stop at this station specifically because of the students and female passengers who use Student Pass and Aadhaar Card respectively even when there are enough seats in the bus. We always wait for about 30-40 mins daily and sometimes more than an hour. Yesterday too, we reached at the stop 2:00 p.m. and we got bus at 3:30 p.m. Kindly solve the problem by making these Roadways buses to stop mandatory at the Maqsooda bypass Bus stop which is about 12 km from Jalandhar Bus Stop.
