Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Charged for luggage.

Respected sir/Mam
I along with my mother carrying two different luggages of less than 20 kg in the morning bus from Muktsar to Amritsar . Bus departed from Muktsar at 5:10 am(28 March 2023) asked us to pay for the luggage and when i debated with the conductor and told to deboard the bus and i feel harassed and paid the half ticket for my luggage . I am seeking for the concern regarding my complaint nd help me in solving the issue.
