Punbus / Punjab Roadways — Conductor not willing to pay back my balance

I was travelling from nawa shahar to verka chaunk Mohali on 11/03/2023 along with my mother. I paid Rs 500/- to conducted and he gave me a ticket for Rs 110/- and my mother showed her Aadhar for which she was allowed to travel free. But the conductor didn’t pay back the balance and on asking he asked to wait but didn’t provide anything in writing behind the ticket. I trusted him and sat quietly. After reaching Ropar bus stand I asked again and this time he answered rudely and asked for Rs 10 change. Unfortunately I have already used all my changed. So I again sat quietly but this time doubting on his intentions I stared noticing him and found he had enough change and was paying other male customers in change. On asking several times he paid me back Rs 350/- and asked to wait again. I felt like I made a mistake boarding this bus. The whole journey I felt like he wont pay me back. I know it is difficult to manage petty cash but isn’t that a conductors job. I was humiliated for asking my own money. He paid me on my stop that too after asking. It was a terrible experience and journey in Punjab roadways. I want the authorities to council him and save other hundreds of passengers travelling with this unpleasant conductor.
