Punjab National Bank — Amount is deducted by someone in My account with out my knowledge

The 95, 000 amount is deducted in MY account with our my knowledge on last week -sunday (04/10/2015)I got the debited SMS in my mobile (no:[protected])- After that i saw the message in the evening i immediately call to the PNB toll free no, But therein NO RESPONSE from BANK -Then i directly Contact the Thanjavur Branch manager regarding the Queries, But there is NO proper response from the Bank officers - So Please check the above query and give the compensation amount from the bank ASAP because iam from poor family which was deposited the amount for my family needed.
