Punjab National Bank — ATM transation issue | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, My name is Harendra Yadav having account number [protected] at Azad Nagar Kanpur branch. I want to inform you that i had done a withdrawal of Rs. 4000 on 26/03/2015 (Time 20:25) at Yes Bank ATM (Location: RaveMoti, Rawatpur Kanpur, ATM ID: NRAP0508), this Transaction was unsuccessful and i did not received the Cash. I had lodged the complaint through PNB Customer Care on 26/03/2015 and got complaint number A[protected]. Still i did not get my money back to the account. You can check the attached Screenshot of ATM Slip which i received, it is clearly mentioned that TRANSACTION DECLINED (Res Code 91). When i talked back to PNB Customer Care, Agent told that Compliant has been closed and Refund Rejected. Agent also told that you can ask the video clip, as per Yes bank no video clip is available.
