Punjab National Bank — Cash Not received through ATM

Dear sir, My name is Rajbhusan and my A/C No. is [protected]. i used my ATM card of Punjab National Bank, for withdrawing rupee 15000/- on date 06/05/15 but the amount is not received by me i submit a complaint to PNB Customer care on date 06/05/15 and they have assured that above sum will be credited to my PNB a/c no within a week but still i have not received that amount of money. i have need money urgent basis.
