Punjab National Bank — Education Loan Subsidy not given

Hello Sir/Madam, I have taken education loan from Punjab National Bank, Golmuri Jamshedpur in August 2008 for higher education. Course Period :[protected] IFSC Code : PUNB0304600 Loan No : 304600JB00000980 I have applied for CSIS scheme but I have got subsidy only from[protected]. According to 2014 Finance Minister P. Chidambaram budget I am suppose to get interest subsidy from 2008 to 2013. I approached bank regarding this but they told me that I will not going to get more than that. Could you please do the needful so that I will get the complete interest during moratorium period and my EMI will get reduced.
