Misselling of information and forcing for disbursement and selling of insurance and credit card Relationship manager collected 2 cheque for processing fees i. E 5750 and 1050. And told me that you are eligible for pradhan mantri awas yojana. Hence, some interest amount will be paid by the government. He send sanction letter, post that i asked him for the pradhan mantri awas yojana, he told i am not eligible for the scheme. (This tantamount to misselling as per rbi) Secondly, the relationship manager collected inr 17, 600 for franking and other charges for which i have received receipt of around 11, 000. Thirdly, the relationship manager and area sales manager started following up for the disbursement of the loan and told me that we have printed the cheque dated 20 july 2017 ("as per telephonic call, they said that they need to meet the business target") and if you don't provided the approval then we have to cancel the loan and processing fees and 17600 amount will not be refunded. I had no option but to give them the approval of 20 july 2017. (This lead to forcefully disbursement of the loan Before the payment of 28 july 2017 as per my instruction) Fourly, there were so much pressure put on me to purchase insurance policy and credit card. The relationship manager told that they can't disbursement the amount without insurance policy at the last moment before disbursement. I finally told him that there is no condition mentioned in the sanction letter which put insurance policy compulsory. But Insisted me to send a mail that i don't need insurance policy and credit card. Was this information helpful? | |||

Your relationship officer is charging 5% insurance which is not under RBI Act you should properly advice the customers and not trouble in this manner kindly try to resolve my problem I will be interested to take loan from your bank I have found similar complaints
