Punjab National Bank — interest subsidy relief

i have sbmitted all the document regarding the subsidy of the interest of the education loan more than a month ago, but the bank still have no idea about the process wether subsidy will come or not.they are saying to wait all the tym when it is asked. all the condition are there which are applicable fir interest subsidy.
