Punjab National Bank — misbehaviour of staff

I have account in pnb and whenever i go to operate in dat account staff misbehaved and when i asked manager to look in dat issue he just said i cant do anything in dat
The staff is very much lazy and if asked to work they just say wrong words to the customers
The two incidents have happened to me.
Please look in dis issue
The main issue is with cash counter and assistant manager
