Respected Sir/Madam,
I have ordered a Panasonic 28" LED TV on 5th October 2021 order no[protected] from Amazon Paying Rs.9999/- through Punjab National Bank Debit Card. On 13.10.21 evening delivery person came to delivery the Item which is small box, its not a 28"TV, I refused to received it and returned it and called amazon customer care to tell the matter. After that i got a email from Amazon on 19 Oct 21 where they mentioned refund amount Rs.9999/- is processed.On 24.10.21 I get another mail from amazon where mentioned
"refund for amount 9999.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now."They also provide Refund Reference # 74332741293129277997710.
They also inform to contact my bank’s customer care center and to quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case I still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days.
As my refund is not credited within the specified days, I accordingly contact my bank(Punjab National Bank) customer care but my bank informed me to raise the issue with Amazon.
I again talk with amazon but they totally turn a deaf ear to my issue.
As it is a large sum of money it creates a lots off financial problem to me.
My Refund amount not credited till now.
Kindly consider the matter and do the needful.
